At One Holistic Health, I am dedicated to empowering individuals and couples on their therapeutic and wellness journeys. My holistic approach is rooted in deep listening and psychosomatic therapy, designed to integrate your intuitive knowledge and create a transformative experience for your mind, body, and soul.
I believe in the heart’s innate knowing, and I place great importance on nurturing the connection between physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual well-being. Utilising a combination of talk therapy, somatic therapy, parts of self/ inner-child, techniques to process distress, down regulation and integrative mentoring we will discover what it looks like for you to return home to who you truly are.
I bring an embodied sense of compassion and reverence for the totality of the human experience — something that can only be cultivated by walking the lesser-traveled paths. I’ve lived through grief and joy, journeyed through different cultures, and embraced the challenges of parenthood. Alongside my formal education, my life experiences give me a grounded and relatable perspective.
With a background working and studying in youth mentoring, indigenous cultures, Eastern philosophy, rites of passage, and even blue-collar construction, my approach is both broad and down to earth. I’m a father of one and a lifelong student. Working with me is not just therapy — it’s a journey we take together to help you reconnect with your inner wisdom and develop the tools necessary to meet life’s most difficult moments with strength and clarity.
